| 摘 要： | 英国、美国和加拿大等国家的体育立法较为成熟和完善。从立法沿革分析,英美法系国家的体育立法起步相对较晚,但是发展迅速。从渊源分析,英美法系国家体育法的渊源主要包括体育判例法和体育制定法两大部分。判例法为主要渊源,而制定法作为判例法的补充。但随着英美法系和大陆法系的相互融合,以及体育全球化的发展,体育判例法和体育制定法应该是一种相互借鉴、相互制约的关系;从立法内容分析,其内容较为全面,并具有可操作性,对我国体育立法的完善具有很好的借鉴作用。
