| 摘 要： | 体育是国家规训和强化国民身体，以达到自身治理和对外需要的一种手段，人们通过休闲体育的平台，找到了国家规训与个体欲求的结合点。不同阶层对休闲体育空间的占领，形成了身体的区隔，我们的社会目标在于缩小区隔，使人人都能享受休闲体育带来的健康、快乐和幸福。当代青年对身体的自主意识，使其更开放、更主动地尝试各种具有挑战性与趣味性的运动形式，身体在休闲体育的基本追求是“娱乐”。而老年人的身体已进入衰退期，身体在休闲运动中的夙愿是“健康”，并且在修身养性的过程中使身体获得一种超脱，达到“天人合一”。
