| 摘 要： | 以60年来上海优秀运动员思想政治教育的实践为背景,总结出60年来上海在优秀运动员思想政治教育方面实现的创新:从重工具价值向既重工具价值更重目的价值的整合发展转换;由注重统一性向引导多样性转换,从注重继承传统方法向注重运用现代方式转换;由只重正面教育向既重显性又重广泛渗透的隐性教育转换;由粗放强硬教育管理模式向以预防为主、精细化科学化管理转换;由封闭、单一、枯燥、以说教灌输为主的教育向开放、社会化教育的思想政治教育模式转换;由对管理队伍以及教练员的单一成绩指标评价向运动员成长成才的综合指标转换等。并提出了前瞻对策:要进一步明确时代发展对优秀运动员思想政治教育工作提出的新要求;进一步推进工作创新,不断提升优秀运动员思想政治教育的工作水平;增强教育的创新性、系统性、有效性;进一步强化队伍建设,将教练员和优秀运动队打造成"学习型队伍";构建优秀运动员思想政治教育的长效机制,确保实现优秀运动员思想政治教育的全面协调可持续发展。

| Abstract: | Taking the practice of ideological and political education for elite athletes in Shanghai within sixty years as the back- ground, it summarizes the following innovation： the developing transformation from the tool value to both the tool value and ob- jective value; the various transformation from unification to diversity; the transformation from traditional methods to modern means; the recessive educational transformation from positive education to both dominant and extensive education; the transfor- mation from extensive tough educational management mode to meticulous scientific management transformation; the transforma- tion from closed, single, boring preaches indoctrination education to open, socialize, ideological and political education mode; the transformation from single achievement evaluation index of management team and coaches to the athletes growth in comprehen- sive index. It also put forward a prospective measure： to further clarify the development of athletes ideological and political edu- cation work in the new requirement; to further promote the work of innovation, and constantly improve athletes ideological edu- cation work level; strengthen the education of innovation, system, effectiveness; further strengthen the troop construction, the coaches and elite sports teams to create a ＂learning＂ of team of excellent athletes; create long-term mechanism for ideological and political education to ensure the realization of athletes ideological and political education of comprehensive coordination and sus- tainable development. |
