| 摘 要： | 从阐述管理绩效概念入手,对青少年体育俱乐部的管理绩效进行分析。认为：青少年体育俱乐部的管理绩效集中体现了俱乐部这一非营利组织的管理主体作用于其客体所表现出的效用,具体体现在使命达成度与社会接受度、投入程度、效率以及满意度四个方面。在此基础上,从强化俱乐部的使命意识、加大宣传力度、提高俱乐部的自身经营运作能力以及引入竞争机制、实行有效激励等方面提出改善其管理绩效的措施。

| Abstract: | This paper defined and analyzed management performance of junior sports clubs.The essence of management performance in clubs as non-profit organizations was the effect of management subject to the object,embodied in accomplishment for mission,social acceptance,devotion,efficiency and the degree of satisfaction.In order to improve the management performance we should enhance a sense of mission,give more publicity,strengthen the ability of internal management and introduce competitive and incentive mechanism. |
