| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料法和逻辑分析法,从教育学角度对影响我国青少年体质健康的因素进行剖析。研究认为,青少年体质健康是一个涉及多方面的综合性教育问题。传统教育观念、教育时间、教育内容是我国青少年体质健康的主要影响因素。从加大宣传力度,开展专项督导、建立学校体育长效机制,加强相关法规的落实,丰富和完善教育内容等方面提出发展对策。

| Abstract: | With the methods of literature review and logical analysis, this paper mainly makes an analysis on the factors which in- fluence the adolescent physical health from the point of pedagogical view. It suggests that the adolescent physical health is a com- prehensive educational problem which involves various aspects. The traditional education concept, education time and education content are the main factors influencing adolescent physical health of China. This paper also proposed some countermeasures, which include strengthening propaganda of the importance of physical exercise, developing the special supervision, establishing long-term mechanism of school sports, reinforcing the implementing of relevant laws and regulations, reforming teaching content of sports practice and increasing teaching content and class auantitv nf ~tt,dont~~ h,~lth o..-1 ~.f~~ .-1 |
