| 摘 要： | 运用健康教育学的原理和方法,对女生经期体育锻炼的健康危险行为提出了干预策略和方法,主要包括对其进行经期体育锻炼的知识、态度、行为的调查和在此基础上进行的健康教育和指导。文章从安全性和科学性的角度,提出了女生经期体育的注意事项和原则方法。
