| 摘 要： | 正面上手发球是普通高校排球课教学的一项重要内容和考核项目。分析指出了抛球动作完成不好给发球技术的掌握、提高带来的各种不利影响 ,以及抛不好球的原因 ,提出了规范掌握和提高抛球动作质量的教学方法和步骤 ,说明了在排球正面上手发球技术教学中抛球练习的重要性和必要性。

| Abstract: | Frontal overhand serve is an important content and exam courses in volleyball teaching in colleges and universities.The article not only analyses and points out the disadvantages that incorrect tossing brings to the grasp and improvement of serve and its reason of producing,but also poses the teaching method and step of grasping and improving tossing quality,and illustrates the importance of paying attention to the practice of tossing in volleyball teaching of frontal overhand serve. |
