| 摘 要： | 运用教学实验、数据统计等方法,对快乐.阳光健身操对小学生身体健康的影响进行实验研究和量化分析。结果显示,快乐.阳光健身操对学生的部分身体素质产生了积极的影响。实验班男生跳绳,实验班女生台阶试验指数、跳绳和坐位体前屈等项目与对照班相比差异非常显著;试验班男生立定跳远、坐位体前屈,实验班女生立定跳远等项目与对照班相比差异显著。实验和调查结果表明,在突破原有单纯操化,增加了双人配合、多人合作和游戏竞争内容后创编的快乐.阳光健身操深受中小学的喜欢,具备了一定的健身价值和推广价值,适合阳光体育运动的需求。

| Abstract: | Using the methods of teaching experiment and data statistics,this paper made experimental research and quantitative analysis on the the happy and sunshine aerobics’s influence on the health of elmentary students.The results showed that the the happy and sunshine aerobics had made positive effects on physical qualities of the students.The boys skipping and girls steps test index,rope skipping and sit-and-reach in experiment class have shown significant differences compared with that in comparative classes;The boys standing long jump,sit-and-reach and girls standing long jump also showed remarkable difference compared with that in comparative classes.The experiment and survey results showed that breaking the original simple exercise and increasing double and multiplayer cooperative games,the sunshine aerobics were deeply favored by the middle and primary school students,possessing certain fitness and popularization value and meeting the needs of sunshine sports exercise. |
