| 摘 要： | 通过对我国目前股份制企业上市特别是中小企业上市的条件,以及我国超级足球俱乐部的基本情况的系统分析,指出了中超俱乐部上市的可行性和所面临的困难,为我国中超俱乐部上市提供理论方面的参考。

| Abstract: | By analyzing condition of Chinese share holding system companies and especially small-and medium-sized companies,and basic condition of Chinese super soccer club,this study pointed out the feasibility of Chinese soccer super club issuing stock and the difficulty,offering theoretical reference for Chinese soccer super club issuing stock. |
