| Abstract: | This work first discussed property of sports, then anatomized the present value comprehension of sports on discriminating the value of the main body, revealed the connotation of the physical value, psychological value and social value of the main body in sports. It concluded that the soul of sports lay in satisfying the personal needs of the self-development. |
