| 摘 要： | 随着职业足球的不断发展,欧洲各国的新问题不断出现,面对这些问题各国积极应对,制定法律、严格执法。欧洲职业足球中的有些问题在我国职业足球中表现得不太明显,但这些问题给我国职业足球法制建设的警示作用是显而易见的,我们应该进行认真的分析、借鉴,以利于我国职业足球的法制建设。

| Abstract: | New problems of professional soccer in European countries have increasingly appeared with the development of professional soccer.Facing these problems,European countries lay down the law and enforce the law.Some problems do not appear in our country,but warning effect of these problems for our country is obvious,our country should give analysis to these problems attentively in order to facilitate the law construction of professional soccer in our country. |
