| 摘 要： | DOMS (延迟性肌肉酸痛 )是运动训练中的一种独特现象 ,其引发机制较为复杂 ,且至今尚未有定论。本综述参考国内外相关文献 ,对关于DOMS现象产生机制的种种假说进行评述 ,希望能够为对该现象感兴趣的同仁们提供一些帮助。
