| 摘 要： | 对中国职业体育俱乐部的上市进行分析,认为：政策的支持、奥运经济的带动、全民健身对体育产业链的完善以及赛事市场化时代的到来,是中国体育俱乐部上市面临的机遇;但其面临的挑战也有很多,如大型企业集团的控制、职业体育市场的混乱以及恶意收购等。进行市场化运作已经成为当前我国职业体育俱乐部发展的趋势,中国的体育俱乐部须加强自身建设,积累发展潜力,争取早日上市融资。

| Abstract: | This paper analyzed the Chinese professional sports clubs＇ listing,regarding that though faced with opportunities from the support of policy,promotion of Olympic economy,optimization of sports industry chain owing to the national fitness campaign,marketization of tournaments,clubs＇ listing confronted many challenges： control of large enterprise groups,distortion of market and hostile takeover.Since marketization has become the tendency,Chinese professional sports clubs should enhance self-development,accumulate development potential for an earlier listing. |
