| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、观察法、逻辑分析法和数理统计法，对参加2007年全国国家级跆拳道裁判员学习班的50名裁判员进行调查分析，并对我国跆拳道裁判员队伍的可持续发展提出对策，旨在为寻找适合我国国情的裁判员培养道路、加强我国裁判员队伍公正执法以及促进竞技体育健康有序发展提供理论依据。
