| 摘 要： | 在体育教学中 ,应培养学生的运动能力、观察能力、自我锻炼能力及团结协作和竞争意识。本文就体育教学中如何改进教学模式 ,转变教学观念 ,注重知识和能力的双重培养等问题提出了自己的看法 ,以适应当前社会发展需要 ,为终身体育奠定基础。
