| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料、专家访谈、数理统计等研究方法,对武汉体育学院和湖北省体工大队8名优秀小级别男子散打运动员进行了前侧踹腿和后鞭腿技术测试。研究显示：前侧踹腿直接打击不同高度时散打运动员水平距离变化具有高度显著性差异;后鞭腿直接打击不同高度时散打运动员水平距离变化具有高度显著性差异;拳法直接打击时散打运动员水平距离变化具有显著性差异。

| Abstract: | With the methods of literature review,expert interview,experiment investigation and so on,this paper has made side kick and Houbiantui test on 8 top light-weight male athletes from Wuhan institute of physical education and Hubei sports team.The research demonstrated: when side kick and Houbiantui directly knock different height,sanda athletes' horizontal distance changes have great saliency;when boxing hits directly,sanda athletes' horizontal distance changes have saliency. |
