| 摘 要： | 运用文献法、特尔菲法、数理统计法和逻辑分析法，对体育院系术科教师评价指标体系进行构建与分析，指出体育院系术科教师评价指标体系应包括课堂教学、科研创新、专业知识技能水平、现代信息工具的应用、职业道德、业余活动等内容。

| Abstract: | This paper tried to set up and analyze the evaluation index system of teachers at sports institutes using literature review,Delphi method,mathematic and statistic method and logic analysis.It pointed out that the system should consist of classroom teaching,scientific research innovation,professional standard,the application of modern information technology,vocational morality and extracurricular activities. |
