| 摘 要： | 从体育锻炼对健康的促进作用入手，调查了黑龙江省高校女教师体育锻炼的现状，发现女教师对体育锻炼作用的认识较为明确，但参与状况不容乐观。从提供保障、加强引导和实施健康管理的角度提出对策。

| Abstract: | A survey was made on the status of college women teachers to participate in physical exercises on analyzing the role of physical exercise in health promotion.Results suggested that women teachers had a clear view of the importance of physical exercise while their participation was not active.Some advice was given:providing support,reinforcing guidance and implementing health management. |
