| 摘 要： | 运用文献资料法和数理统计法,对110m栏世界纪录保持者刘翔2003～2006年度比赛安排进行研究,建议跨栏运动员在大赛前安排8场左右的比赛,大赛后积极参赛,通常每年以2月份室内赛为全年比赛的开始,4月、5月为首场室外赛参赛时间,7月、8月、9月份为创造最佳成绩时间。

| Abstract: | By documentation and mathematical statistics, this paper, through studying contest arrangement in 2003 ～ 2006 of LIU Xiang the 110-meter hurdles world record holder, recommended eight matches or so should be arranged before the Champion; usually indoor toumament in February starts the year competition; April and May outdoor tournament; July, August, September to create the best possible results in time. |
