| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料法、访问调查法、问卷调查法和数理统计法，对新疆锡伯族农村居民的体育锻炼情况进行研究。结果显示：锡伯族村民体育锻炼意识薄弱、活动内容单一枯燥，锻炼的场所较少，家庭体育消费较低。针对现状提出锡伯族农村群众体育发展的对策和建议。

| Abstract: | Adopting literature review,questionnaire,interview and statistical mathematics,this paper studied the present situation of physical exercise for Xibo farmers in Xinjiang.It was shown that the farmers were weak in consciousness to exercise and the activities were boring.They lacked sports grounds and facilities,and spent little money on sports.In view of this,countermeasures were proposed. |
