| 摘 要： | 我国作为成文法国家,经过多年的努力,已初步形成具有我国特色的法律体系。职业足球在我国是一个新鲜事物,虽然法律众多,但一般法律在我国职业足球中的适用还存在一定问题。提出:一方面,借鉴欧美国家的法律制度,我国要加快有关职业足球的立法;另一方面,借鉴美国的判例法制度,以职业足球为例,进行具有我国特色的判例法制度尝试。

| Abstract: | As a statute nation,China has constituted distinguished law system after hard work.Professional football is a new thing in our country,although there are many laws,some questions about application of common laws in professional football exist.Borrowing ideas from the Europe and America,on one hand,we should make laws about professional football as soon as possible;on the other hand,we should make a try on our distinguished case law. |
