| 摘 要： | 从哲学视角对我国高校体育教育专业发展进行回顾与反思。体育教育之于人类,其根本在于改变和创造,其存在价值在于能否改变人们的健康状况,在于能否让"生命更强大"。提出调整培养目标,强化核心价值,用科学健身方法武装专业,而不是依靠运动技术和经验主宰专业的发展思路。

| Abstract: | This paper reviews the physical education major in China＇s colleges and universities from the philosophical perspective. The significance of physical education for human being lies in changes and creations. The existing value of physical education depends on whether it can change people＇s health condition and makes people stronger. This author raises the educational targets and strengthens the core value. It suggests to arm the major in the way of scientific fitness, rather than depending on techniques and experiences. |
