| 摘 要： | 应用文献资料法及逻辑分析法，对当前多家电视媒体在播的娱乐竞技类节目的特点及其对城市居民体育健身思想及行为的影响进行分析。研究结果显示，此类节目发展迅速。由于参与门槛低、娱乐性强等特点，这类节目受到普遍欢迎，为人们的休闲活动提供了新选择，也对大众体育健身观念的形成及参与热情具有不可忽视的促进作用。同时指出，此类节目还存在着缺乏理论指导、创新性不足、过度追求经济利益和过度娱乐化等问题。

| Abstract: | Through using literature review and logical analysis methods,the paper analyzes the characteristics of current entertainment athletic TV programs,and their influences on the idea and behavior of the urban residents’ physical fitness.Because of the low participation threshold and great entertaining features,the development of such programs is very fast.This kind of programs offers a new choice for people’ s leisure sports activities and they also play a role in promoting the public to form physical fitness view,as well as the participation enthusiasm.However,we must recognize that the entertainment and sports athletic TV programs still have som shortcomings,such as lack of theoretical guidance and innovation,excessive pursuit of economic interests and excessive entertainment,etc. |
