| 摘 要： | 运用问卷调查、数据统计、文献资料等方法,探究了和谐社会条件下河南省农村体育人口发展现状:河南省农村体育人口比例大大低于我国农村体育人口平均水平;基层体育组织缺乏;场地器材严重不足。根据国家对农村体育的要求,构建了河南省农村体育发展理论框架,提出应加快发展河南省经济,不断提高农村居民生活水平;完善基层体育组织;完善体育设施等几点建议。

| Abstract: | By using the method of questionnaire investigation,mathematical statistics and documentation,this paper investigated current condition of sport population in Henan province in well-off society,which showed that the sport population is much lower than the average level in other rural areas;grass-roots sport organizations are scarce;equipment and fields are severely inadequate.Based on the requirement of our country on the construction of the rural areas,a theoretical framework was worked out to develop the sport in rural areas in Henna province,moving that the administrators concerned should boost the economy in Henan province,improve the living standard of the farmers,perfect grass-roots sport organizations and consummate sport facilities. |
