| 摘 要： | 我国少数民族传统体育活动丰富多彩，超越了一般人的想象。少数民族传统体育文化是整个民族文化中最为活跃、最为积极，影响最直接、最广泛和最深远的一部分。随着社会的进步和经济的发展，面对中华民族传统体育历来以汉族为中心的主体部分的日渐萎缩，少数民族传统体育可以使中华传统体育重新焕发多样化生机。保持我国少数民族传统体育文化的多元化与可持续发展，有利于我国少数民族传统体育文化的和谐发展。
