| 摘 要： | 在阐述我国体育产业划分和产业集群概念的基础上,分析了我国体育产业集群的形成和影响因素,认为我国体育产业集群的形成具备了必要的客观因素,但政府的过度干预、相关法律政策的缺位及人力资源的缺乏影响和制约着我国体育产业集群的形成。我国应当完善有关法律政策,推进由政府主导体育产业资源开发的模式向社会主导体育产业资源开发的模式转变,以从根本上推进我国体育产业的发展。
