新疆中外游客旅游形象感知差异对比分析——基于网络文本内容分析

摘    要:随着在线旅游的蓬勃发展,网络游记和评论成为旅游者选择旅游目的地时考虑的重要因素。通过截取了国际、国内游客发布在猫途鹰、马蜂窝网站上的新疆景点评价,使用内容分析法对比分析新疆中外游客在认知形象、综合形象和情感形象的异同。发现中外游客感知差异:国际游客对新疆历史文化感知更显著,国内游客对新疆自然风光感知更明显;国际游客对新疆旅游形象感知更全面,国内游客感知更为细致;中外游客皆以积极情感为主,国际游客情绪感知高于国内游客。基于此,文章从打造差异化新疆旅游形象;加大国际市场宣传力度,丰富产品供给,挖掘文化内涵;降低游客消极情绪,提升游客满意度三个方面对打造新疆旅游形象提出建议。

Abstract:With the vigorous development of online tourism,online travel notes and reviews have become an important reference for tourists when choosing tourist destinations.This paper intercepts the evaluation of Xinjiang attractions posted by international and domestic tourists on the website of Tripadvisor and Mafengwo,and compares and analyzes the similarities and differences between Chinese and foreign tourists in Xinjiang,such as cognitive image,comprehensive image and emotional image,by using content analysis method.Differences in perception between Chinese and foreign tourists are found:international tourists have a more significant perception of Xinjiang’s historical culture,while domestic tourists have a more obvious sense of Xinjiang’s natural scenery;international tourists have a more comprehensive perception of Xinjiang’s tourism image,while domestic tourists have a more detailed perception;both Chinese and foreign tourists tend to have positive emotions,and the emotional perception of international tourists is higher than that of domestic tourists.Based on this,this paper puts forward suggestions,from the creation of differentiated tourism image in Xinjiang,by increasing international market publicity,enriching the supply of products,excavating cultural connotations,reducing the negative feelings of tourists,and improving the satisfaction of tourists to create the tourism image of Xinjiang.
