| 摘 要： | 为培养适应现代战争作战需要的军事人才，各级军事院校由学历教育向任职教育转变，不断完善人才培养机制和相应的教学训练学科体系。主要是依据作战需要和任职教育特点及当前军事体育教学训练的现状，提出适应作战需要和任职教育特点的军事体育教学训练改革的思考与建议。
