| 摘 要： | 体育参谋是保证航空兵部队飞行员体能训练科学化、正规化组训的关键。健康的体魄、良好的身心适应能力是飞行员飞行安全的基本保障,是部队飞行安全的最基础环节。由于编制体制等原因造成的体育参谋人才流失问题及带来的安全隐患已经显现,就如何更好地解决困扰整个航空兵部队的这一突出问题,提出了相应的对策。

| Abstract: | PE staff is the key of naval aviation pilots＇ scientific training and standardization of organization. Proper health condition and certain adaptability are important prerequisite and basis of the flight safety. The lack of PE staff＇ talents and safety is the hidden danger of safety because of the system now. This article analyses the problem and puts forward countermeasures to it. |
