| 摘 要： | 特战学院专项课题组运用运动人体科学的基本理论与方法,对我军首次开展的特种作战青年军官联合培训的全程进行了监测和调控。作为研究主报告,着重揭示不同阶段训练的负荷效应与队员的身体适应;提出联合培训这一新模式应注重加强的若干建议。

| Abstract: | This research uses the basic sports physiological theory and methods to supervise the whole process of special operations young officers in our army＇ s first joint training. As the main report, this paper aims to explode loading effects and the trainees＇ physiological adaption in different training phases, and puts forward rome suggestions for the improvement of the joint training mode. |
