军事训练中软组织损伤预防的生物学思考

摘    要:从生物学的视角对一些军事训练伤产生的原因进行探讨。分析认为:身体功能性动作存在缺陷;对在运动过程中原动肌的工作方式和对抗肌的协调性与力量发展认识不足;以及对核心稳定性训练的神经肌肉控制和非衡状态下动静运动方式的快速转换训练认识不足,均是造成军事训练伤的主要原因。

Abstract:To discuss the causes of some military training injuries from biological perspective, and by analysis of the main causes of injuries in military training include: the function of the body movement defects; the process of movement, the lack of understaning of the agonist' s working mode and antagonist coordination with strength development; lack of Neuromuscularcontrol core stability training. Under the unstable state, there is still a lack of understanding for the rapid conversion training between static and dynamic movement patterns.
