摘    要:为提高1 km扛圆木跑训练的科学性,采用运动人体科学的研究方法,对部分联训学员训练过程中的一些生理生化指标进行了监测。研究表明:1 km扛圆木跑是一项非常好的极限强度训练方式,其高强度的无氧训练不仅能提高学员的速度能力和速度储备,而且也能提高学员的抗乳酸能力,对于提高其负重奔袭能力具有较高的价值和意义。

Abstract:In order to improve the science of 1 kin carryinglogs running, and using sports human science research methods, the physiological and biochemical index of some of the special operations team has been monitored. The results showed us that 1 km carryinglogs running is a very good way of ultimate strength training. Its high intensity anaerobic training not only improves players' ability and reserves, but also improves the team' s ability to tolerate lactic acid, improving long- range strike and the load capability.
