| 摘 要： | 国防生的第一任职能力高低直接影响到军队的建设水平和国防生自身的发展方向。调研发现,部分国防生在军事技能、管理指挥能力、体能和心理等方面的素质与现实需求存在较大差距。为提升国防生第一任职能力,既需要在地方高校本科阶段加强军政素质训练,也需要在分流任职培训阶段强化岗位任职能力提升,实现国防生任职能力与部队需求的无缝衔接。

| Abstract: | The qualifications of national defense cadets （NDC） have a direct influence on the building of the army and its own developing direction of NDC. It is found that some of NDC can not meet the requirements of military skills, administration and command, physical ability and psychology in the army. In order to promote the qualifications of the NDC, not only the military and political quality training should be strengthened when they are in the local college, but also the qualifications for the post should be attained in the training period, so as to achieve the success of the transition from the NDC to qualified soldiers. |
