摘    要:通过对10 km负重跑的代谢特点进行了初步分析,指出10 km负重跑中的代谢属于有氧、无氧混合,以有氧为主的供能方式;研究认为此次运动的强度和量对于大多数研究对象是适宜的。

Abstract:Objective: By the analysis of the metabolizable characteristic of 10 km loading running, the authors induced that the metablism is mixed with aerobic and anaerobic modes in 10 km loading running. The aerobic mode is primary metabolizable style. The 10 km loading running is appropriate in intensity and volume to the objects in this study.
