| 摘 要： | 通过对70余名联训队员在集训不同阶段进行6次训练伤调查和临床诊断筛查,结果显示:训练强度与训练内容间存在密切相关,训练强度大、科目难度大的阶段,训练伤多发;不同训练内容、不同训练技术的动作结构特异性导致训练伤的发生部位和特点不同。

| Abstract: | Through 6 surveys and clinical screenings of training injuries which happened on 78 trainees in different phases, the authors find the relation between training intensity and contents. As the training intensity and difficulty increases, there would be more possibility of injuries. The specificity of different training contents and techniques could result in injuries in different body parts with distinct characteristics. |
