心率表在跆拳道无氧耐力专项训练强度监控中的应用

摘    要:目的:探究控制跆拳道训练强度的方法。方法:在跆拳道无氧耐力专项练习中,分别使用心率表与练习后即刻心率进行负荷监控,测试心率(HR)、血乳酸(BLA)做对比分析。结果:心率表控制组HR≥90%HRmax的高强度练习时间、BLA>即刻心率控制组,且BLA保持在12 mmol/L左右。结论:在跆拳道专项训练中,用心率表心率区下限响闹功能控制负荷强度是比监控运动后即刻10 s颈动脉脉搏更为有效的方法。

Abstract:Objective: seeking for methods of load control in Kickboxing training.Methods: During the Kickboxing training for anaerobic endurance ability,we supervised heart rate(HR),included training and right after training,through heart rate monitor.Furthermore,we analyzed the data of HR combined that of blood lactic(BLA).Result: The total time of over 90% HR_(max) load and BLA using heart rate monitor is higher than those of surveillance of pulse right after training.Conclusion:The application of alarm function in heart rate monitor is more effective than that of surveillance pulse of right after training in load control of specialized Kickboxing training.
