| 摘 要： | 为了进一步挖掘、整理佤族传统体育项目，使佤族传统体育项目得以推广和普及。运用文献资料法、访谈法、统计法、分析法等多种研究方法，对佤族传统体育的现状进行调查，发现：以生产活动、宗教活动、节庆活动、民间娱乐活动为依托的佤族传统体育项目内容丰富，但开展情况不容乐观，且部分项目正濒临失传。针对现状，从多个方面提出了对佤族传统体育项目进行保护与发展，力图使佤族传统体育项目得以传承并逐步发展壮大。

| Abstract: | For the sake of further digging and making up Vazu＇ s traditional physical items, moreover popularizing these traditional sports, Vazu＇ s traditional sports were investigated and studied by consulting documents, visiting and statistics in the article. The author discovered that Vazu＇s traditional sports, which was based on productive labor, religious rites, festival and folk amusements, had plentiful contents. But the popularity of these items were not satisfactory, what＇s more parts of them were verging on extinction. So from many aspects, the opinion about protecting and developing Vazu＇s traditional physical items was suggested in order to make these items come down and grow. |
