| 摘 要： | 在确立了群众体育与竞技体育协调发展战略的前提下，剖析二协调发展的复杂过程和机制，就如何协调提供有效的理论模式：创造良好的社会心理环境，充分挖掘和利用社会体育的潜力，发挥体育俱乐部的作用，高度重视和加大力度发展学校体育和社区体育。
