| 摘 要： | 李小龙一直受到世人尊崇，他在电影与武术技击方面的成功客观上为中国武术的发展做出了突出贡献，人们视他为武圣。通过对李小龙与截拳道的研究和分析，得到若干启示：1）中国武术必须突出实战技术的研究；2）武术技术须以简约为好；3）武术表演艺术应建立在高超的技击技能之上；4）武术须与哲学结合，通过技击将培养人的道德、理智、自信等作为教学的重要目标。5）一分为二地看待李小龙，他也是一个普通人，决不是“神”。
