| 摘 要： | 运用文献资料、问卷调查和数理统计方法,对湖北省实施"体教结合"高校高水平运动队教练员现状进行了研究.结果显示:湖北省高校高水平运动队教练员年龄、职称结构合理,但绝大多数教练员为男性、高学历比例偏低、学缘结构单一;大部分教练员没有从事运动训练经历和专职化,直接影响到教练员的执教经验和水平;近半数的教练员没有参加过岗位培训...
