| 摘 要： | 采用问卷调查与数据整理统计等方法,对高脚竞速运动员的损伤史进行研究分析,找出高脚竞速运动的损伤类型、损伤部位及损伤原因,结合该项目的发展及特点,提出预防运动损伤的相关建议,为今后高脚竞速的训练及减少运动损伤提供理论依据.

| Abstract: | Survey and analyze was carried out on the damnification history of the sportsmen who have taken part in foot lever competition in speed by questionnaire and data arrangement in order to find out damnification type,parts of body,and reason in this sport.Suggestions about damnification prevention were proposed according to development and features of this sport,which could offer theory foundation for later foot lever competition in speed,and lessen sport's damnification. |
