可拓评价方法在运动员选材综合能力评价模型中的应用

摘    要:可拓评价方法打破了以往的选材模式,根据物元分析理论和可拓集合理论,利用可拓评价方法建立一个运动员选材综合能力的评价模型。根据不同运动项目的特点和要求,通过客观指标的测试,全面综合评价和预测,把先天条件优越、适合从事某项运动的人才从小选拔出来,进行系统的培养,并且不断地监测其发展趋势,该方法把影响运动员综合能力的特征因子进行量化,以此作为衡量被评价对象综合能力优劣的标准,使得评价更具科学性、合理性。

Abstract:The extension assessment method breaks the previous talented athlete selection models.Based on the matter element theory and the extension assessment theory,an evaluation model in selecting talented teenagers with comprehensive athletic ability can be established.According to the features and requirements of different sports events,teenagers gifted in sports can be selected and get trained systematically from young,by means of objective parameter testing and thorough comprehensive evaluation and prediction....
