| 摘 要： | 可拓评价方法打破了以往的选材模式,根据物元分析理论和可拓集合理论,利用可拓评价方法建立一个运动员选材综合能力的评价模型。根据不同运动项目的特点和要求,通过客观指标的测试,全面综合评价和预测,把先天条件优越、适合从事某项运动的人才从小选拔出来,进行系统的培养,并且不断地监测其发展趋势,该方法把影响运动员综合能力的特征因子进行量化,以此作为衡量被评价对象综合能力优劣的标准,使得评价更具科学性、合理性。 |
