| 摘 要： | 通过对基层部队开展游泳训练的调查发现，目前部队缺少懂技术、会组织训练的专门人才。有的部队自己进行骨干培训，由于缺少经验，投入了大量的人力和物力，但效果并不明显。作就如何实施游泳骨干培训进行探讨，为基层部队进行游泳骨干培训提供参考。

| Abstract: | Based on the investigation on developing the swimming training, it is found that the reason why it is difficult to develop the swimming training in the army is lack of the specific staff who not only grasp the skills but also know how to organize training. In some units, staff train the swimming backbone by themselves, but as there are lack of experience quantities of man - force and equipments are devoted, while there are little result. This thesis discusses how to train the swimming backbone and makes references for the swimming backbone in the army. |
