| 摘 要： | 通过中、西方体育养生思想的对比，探求养生体育的发展走向。由于中、西体育养生思想的差异，养生手段和方式各不相同，随着世界化的交流与融合的不断深入及生物科学技术的不断提高，中国体育养生将大放异彩，养生体育将以中国养生体育为主，兼容西方养生体育合理成分。
