| 摘 要： | 通过对侵害运动员权利的行为进行调查与法律分析,认为在竞技体育中侵害运动员权利的行为比较普遍。这些行为严重违背了我国“依法治体”方针,不利于竞技体育的可持续发展。指出应在竞技体育中加强法制化建设,重视对运动员的权利保护和权利实现。

| Abstract: | On the basis of investigation and legal thought of the actions of infringement of athletes' rights,we find out that it is common to infringe athletes' rights in competitive sports.All these actions are in violation with our policy "to rule sports by law" and harmful to the sustained development of competitive sports.The conclusion is to strengthen legalized construction in competitive sports and pay much attention to the protection and performance of the athletes' rights. |
