| 摘 要： | 韩国是跆拳道运动的发源地，也是世界跆拳道实力最强的国家。韩国跆协一贯注重通过改革创新推动本国跆拳道的发展，目前他们进行了包括改变场地形状、缩短消极判罚时间、重新整合仲裁体系、增加难度技术分值、更改加时赛规定等5项创新，使跆拳道技战术体系及其运用发生了重大变化。新形势下，中国应尽快从研究规则、练习特长技术，培养和全面提升运动员综合实力等三方面入手，重点增强我国跆拳道项目的竞争力，为今后在比赛中争取胜利提供基础和保证。
