| 摘 要： | 我军军事体育，走过了光辉的历程，形成了优良的传统，在革命战争和我军现代化建设中发挥了重要的作用。按时间顺序，军事体育发展可分为红军时期苏区红色体育、抗日战争时期根据地国防体育、解放战争时期解放区大练兵体育、新中国正规化军事体育以及新时期军事体育五个阶段，总结并研究我军军事体育的历史，将有助于军事体育当前和今后的发展与繁荣。
