| 摘 要： | 通过新疆高校维吾尔族与汉族大学生对参加体育活动的项目、目的和形式、时间和次数、时间规律、身体变化，以及对体育活动兴趣的外因的调查与比较分析，发现维族和汉族大学生在体育项目的选择上具有明显的性别和民族特性，在参与体育活动上具有明确的目的性，在体育活动次数和锻炼时间具有明显差异性，族别和性别选择的内容呈不一致的多变化态势。提出开放体育场馆和实施体育器材租借业务，加强体育锻炼的宣传力度，转变学校领导观念引起学校领导重视，多开设感兴趣的体育活动项目，从而树立新疆高校大学生的终生体育观。

| Abstract: | By comparing the students＇ sports activity between Uygur ethnic group and Han Nationality from the angle of events, aims,time and frequency, interests, etc, to find the character. The results shows that there are some different. The authors propose some suggestions. |
