| 摘 要： | 使用80.8神经类型量表对我国优秀蹦床运动员进行了测试,研究结果表明:蹦床运动员的神经类型具有明显的项目特征,适合于蹦床运动项目的神经类型为灵活型、稳定型;蹦床运动员比赛成绩与神经类型的相关具有显著意义,故神经类型可以作为蹦床运动员心理选材的一项重要指标;建议教练员应根据运动员的神经类型特点,采用不同的训练方法。

| Abstract: | By 80.8 Nerve Pattern Scale,the author measured nerve pattern of 42 man and woman trampoline elite.The research results show that there is a significant difference between different events,flexible nerve and steady nerve is suitable for trampoline event;There is notably significant relevant between trampoline elite competition performance and nerve pattern,so nerve pattern was important index of talent selection by psychology in trampoline event.It was suggested that specific training plan should employed according to the trampoline nerve pattern. |
