| 摘 要： | 我国羽毛球职业俱乐部成立已有4年多了，俱乐部体制己基本形成，但目前各俱乐部在管理及运作方面尚缺乏经验，为了尽快促进我国羽毛球俱乐部向职业化方向发展，对参加我国职业联赛的七个俱乐部进行面访和函调，从中发现影响我国羽毛球职业俱乐部建设的主要因素有：群众基础、经济基础、思想观念、人才管理体制、竞赛体制、人才梯队培养等六方面。

| Abstract: | The badminton clubs in China have been set up for more than four years,the club system has mainly formed,but now the clubs still lack experience in the field of management and operation.In order to promote Chinese badminton clubs' development in professional direction, through in vestigation and analysis of seven Chinese professional badminton Clubs' construct,the factors affecting the construction of Chinese professional badminton clubs were discussed,they are the masses base,economics base,ideologicalsense, the management system of bright people,race system and training echelon's bright people. |
